Regulate meal patterns
Having a regular meal pattern is just as important as eating a healthy balanced diet. Avoid eating late at night, sit down to eat and chew your food well.Try keeping a food diary initially
This will help you to identify foods that trigger your symptoms. Once you’ve identified your food triggers, try reducing or avoiding them temporarily.Add in some regular exercise.
